Disberse is the financial operating network for global development, built on blockchain technology. We enable donors and aid organisations to send and receive funds around the world more efficiently, and to track those funds through the entire funding chain from initial donor to final recipient.

Disberse is authorised as a small Electronic Money Institution independently regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in the United Kingdom.

In our first year of operations, we have worked with a range of aid organisations to plan and implement pilots and projects. In our next year, we’ll be working with these and other organisations to scale our service.

Our approach is simple: we’re building our platform with partners, testing it continually and paying attention to the ethics of humanitarian innovation. We’re on a journey, building a transparent and decentralised financial institution, helping you to distribute aid finance to where it’s most needed.
